REGULATIONS

Made by the Officer Administering the Government in

Council, under the authority of the Merchant

Shipping Ordinance, 1899, sections 25(4) and

42, this 5th day of July, 1904.

(Published in the Government Gazette of the 8th July,1904)

1. Foreign Ships of War shall not make any

examination or survey of the shores or waters of the Colony

either from such ships or by means of boats or otherwise.

2.

Foreign Soldiers or Sailors shall not be

landed in the Colony from any vessel without the permission

of the Governor obtained through the Consul or Officer

of the Country to which such Soldiers or Sailors belong.
